The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 1 king-size with lovely views towards Bodmin Moor and 1 twin (2ft 6" beds) approached by cottage style stairs with views of the Camel Estuary towards Stepper Point. Bathroom: with electric shower over bath and WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: beautiful light and airy living area with stone fireplace, woodburner (first basket of logs provided October – April inclusive), TV, Blu-ray DVD, Bluetooth sound system with iPod docking station and a selection of books, maps and games. Kitchen area: with electric oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Outside: door from the lounge leads out to communal garden area at the rear of the property and communal courtyard to the front. Amenities: private off-road parking for 1 car in shared car park. Bed linen, Wi-Fi, electric and heating included. Regret no smoking within the property. Regret no pets. Additional info: bike anchors are available at the front and rear of the property. Location: sandy beach 7 miles, Camel Trail 1 mile, shop 0.5 mile and pub 50 metres. Arrival: 3pm.
