Bay Creek Villas is a 3 story condominium with a community pool and elevator. Beach access is a short walk away. BAY CREEK VILLA #116 is a first floor 2BR, 2BR villa with sweeping views of the South Edisto River, Big Bay Creek, and Edisto Marina. This NON- SMOKING unit has been recently updated with fresh paint, new mattresses and bedding, along with flat screen televisions. The carpet has been removed in favor of planked flooring. Wi-Fi and cable are provided. Bed and Bath linens as well as Departure Cleaning are included in the rate for your convenience.
As you enter the villa, a closet to the left houses a stacked washer and dryer. A short hallway leads to the kitchen on the left, and to the dining and living areas straight ahead. The kitchen is well stocked with kitchenware to make dinner and/or drinks. The dining table provides seating for four. The living area has comfy chairs, and a sleeper sofa which has a 4” thick memory foam mattress. The flat screen tv is new, WIFI and cable service are provided, and Netflix is available with your own account information. The covered patio is accessible through the sliding door which also allows for the beautiful water views from inside and out. Since open flames and charcoal grills are prohibited, an electric BBQ grill, and pub table with 4 high chairs, makes the patio a perfect spot to watch the activity on the water and at the marina.
The master bedroom has a king bed, pillow top mattress, all new bedding, and a flat screen television with cable service. A patio door allows for the same great water views, and access to the covered patio. The connecting private master bath has a whirlpool tub, and updated shower head along with a hand held fixture.
The second bedroom has twin beds with new mattresses, and new bedding. The connecting bathroom also has an updated shower head along with a hand held fixture. This bathroom is also accessible from the entry hall.
This is a NON-SMOKING UNIT WITH FINES FOR VIOLATORS. PETS, BOATS, TRAILIERS AND GOLF CARTS ARE NOT ALLOWED. Only 2 outdoor parking spaces are available per unit. Villa 116 rents with a 4 night minimum from Memorial Weekend thru Labor Day Weekend. September 1st to May 26th require a 3 night minimum stay. Spring Break, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years and Governors Cup Fishing Tournament are one week rental only. Please call Edisto Realty for rates and available dates.
