Description

Fernielaw house is a bed and breakfast in a sought after area, colinton within walking distance of a wine and food bistro, dantes a fabulous Italian restaurant, a local bar which serves good food.

The bus to edinburgh city centre runs every 10mins until midnight in winter, during festival runs till 4am and starts back at 6am

The pentland hills are at back of property, with good walkways across hills ,with an alpaca farm at the top of the road which you can go walking over the hills for 1hour with alpacas for £15 or you can fish at clubbiedean reservoir offering day permits and boat hire and bank fishing for rainbow and blue trout.

We serve a full Scottish breakfast,which includes Carnahan, whiskey, honey , oats, yogurt and cream, along with fresh salmon and scrambled eggs with Avocado or haggis with a dram(whiskey), black pudding, sausage, bacon , eggs, beans, tomatoes or we do a lovely pineapple or melon fruit salad with yogurt.
