Guests are required to vacate the flat by 11am on the day of departure. Access is from 2pm on the day of arrival. The keys must be left in the flat on departure. No smoking is permitted within the building.

“Great value for money”

The flat was basic - as you'd expect for the price - but immaculate and very well-equipped. We chose the location because we were visiting a family member living nearby. So it might be a bit out of the way for some tourist sites. However, it is very near the New Town, Botanic Garden, Stockbridge and the Water of Leith. Also, there are a big Tesco and a Lidl within a couple of minutes' walk, and numerous cafes and bars nearby.

Many thanks for your review. There are of course bus stops nearby with good services into the city centre and west end.
