The apartment is on the first floor of a lovely Victorian style building in Marchmont in a central location near to shops, restaurants, cafes, bars, theatres and cinemas.

There is a private rear garden and secure entry system.

There are metered Bays on Road Mon-Sat 8:30-17.30 (free outside those hours) Free parking 10 minutes walk to south of apartment (Unrestricted Area)

Getting around

You can walk into the centre from the apartment or alternatively take the No 41 bus which stops just across the road! On the way home the bus stop is just outside the door so it is very convenient.

“Hi Spec Spacious Apartment”

A great apartment located near to The Meadows.Plenty of supermarkets and little cafes/pubs in area and within 15 mins stroll to royal mile. The apartment is extremely well appointed with a fantastic kitchen and appliances. The Ist floor apartment is spacious and cosy and is probably the nicest we have stayed in in the area over the years with comfy beds and premier bed linen( a real plus for us !) Public transport stops just outside if you don't want to walk. The owner is very accommodating and great care has been taken to ensure a pleasant stay . Recommended by me and my discerning Edinburgh veteran teenagers !
