Nice double room close to Fountain Park - suitable for student. Close to city centre.

This modern, small but cosy, top floor flat is located close to the city centre and right beside a lovely green area (Harrison park) which is situated beside the union canal (a beautiful 15 minute walk or 5 minute cycle ride to town). Supermarkets (Tesco and Lidl) and Fountain Park (cinema complex, bowling, restaurants and gym) are all within 5 minutes walking distance. The flat is also located close to Napier University, Merchiston campus, and on route to Stevenson Sollege and Heriot-Watt University with the 34 and 25 bus stops close by. The flat is also located close to the bus stop with buses which take you to the airport, as well to the train station (Haymarket).
