This light two bedroom, first floor apartment is an ideal base for exploring Edinburgh and the surrounding area.

Located between Leith Walk and the Shore, the apartment has two double bedrooms,one with a king size bed, a large living room with a very confortable double sofabed ,one bathroom with toilet, sink and a bath with electric shower.

Duvets, pillows, linen, towels and hair dryer are included in the rental

The nearest bus stop is only 1 minute walk away from the apartment, with direct buses that will take you to Princes Street , Holyrood Park, the Parliament , Royal Mile within 10/15 min (or an approximately 25/30 minute walk).

The main living area is open plan to a well equipped kitchen ( hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, iron, iron board and various kitchen utensils ).

All you'll need for cooking we'll be provided (oil,salt,vinegar,coffee,sugar etc) cookware, dishes, silverware, glasses and an italian coffee machine!!!

Strictly NO parties of any kind and/or stag and hen nights/weekends!

As the apartment is in a residential building, we expect guests to be quiet and respectful to our neighbours at all times.

Just around the corner you will find the vibrant Shore area lined with bistros, stylish bars, traditional pubs and first-rate restaurants.

A more peaceful walk between Edinburgh and Leith follows the Water of Leith Walkway, which can be picked up at Dean Village (close to West End), Stockbridge, Canonmills (both on the north side of the New Town) or from the Shore.

For most of the route the river is flanked on one or both sides by woodland, and it's often hard to believe you're in a major city.

A few minutes walk from the apartment there are all sort of shops : Poundland, Superdrug, Lidl (open till 10pm), Tesco super store (12pm), Salisbury (11pm) and also a Bank of Scotland branch.

After a day's sightseeing, you will find a wide choice of eating places within walking distance before enjoiyng a good night sleep in this quiet apartment, without the noise of the city centre.
