Newly-built with modern kitchen and bathrooms, the flat is very contemporary, comfortable, spacious and always immaculately clean.

The city centre is within easy reach as the flat is located on the main bus route. With buses every 5-10 minutes, Princes Street is only a 10 minutes ride.

There is free parking for residents directly outside the flat – a rarity in the city centre.

A foldaway single bed can be provided for a fifth guest, if requested.

Recreational facilities include a park (Harrison Park), the Union Canal (great for walking and cycling and very popular with locals), the Water of Leith Walkway, cinema, bars, bingo, ten pin bowling, gymnasiums, the Dalry Swim Centre and much more.

“Lovely apartment, ticked all the boxes!”

Very pleased with this apartment located in a smart, quiet suburb of Edinburgh. It was immaculately clean with two bathrooms, one of which housed a great en-suite shower. Very modern and with all the appliances you needed. The garden, although communal, is very private and would be useful for families with small children. It's located off patio doors in the lounge. The public transport is excellent, with buses going at least every five minutes, and for just £4 a day you can get on and off the buses as many times as you need to within Edinburgh. Also, there are a couple of supermarkets located within walking distance, one of which is huge. The landlord is very pleasant and quick to respond to queries, living locally. I would not hesitate to recommend it as good value for money and a very pleasant apartment.
