The space can accommodate up to 5 people (4 adults + 1 child).

The flat comprises of a very large kitchen with a dining area, the kitchen is well equipped with fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, gas hob and oven.

A beautiful bay-windowed sitting room with a good quality double sofa bed which can accommodate two guest.

There is a spacious double bedroom with a double bed, with a lot of wardrobe space.

The Boxroom is available as mini "wee" bedroom with a single bed.

The bathroom has a bathtub with a good quality shower over the bath.

There is a shared private garden to the rear.

The property has been comprehensively renovated, while retaining many of the original features including cornicing, Victorian fireplaces in lounge and master bedroom and sanded wooden floors.

Clean towels and bedding are provided as standard so is shampoo and soap.

The flat is heated by gas combi boiler

With local cafes, pubs, restaurants, supermarkets, vintage clothes shops, a food and craft market on a Sunday) all couple of streets away, and the West End, the Botanic Gardens and national art galleries all around ten minutes walk, the flat is ideally situated for getting the most out of your stay in Edinburgh.

Waitrose is a 2 minute walk from the flat.

The flat is well-connected by means of public transport to all areas of the city including Edinburgh Airport, St Andrews Square bus station and Waverley and Haymarket train station.
