The Space:

- Two double bedrooms as well as one single sofa bed in the lounge. Most of my bookings have been five people (two couples or family +1) and all agreed it was easily big enough.
- Bright, freshly renovated finishes.
- Period detailing, original cast iron fireplace.
- Bluray-HD video projector directly connected to an apple TV and working free Netflix account.
- Computer station with a printer/scanner and plug-in monitors for your laptop.
- 100 megabit super high speed wifi is available.
- The kitchen equipped with a Vitamix super-blender, washing machine, dishwasher, gas cooker and electric oven, fridge-freezer, kettle, panini maker etc.
- The lounge has a large glass coffee table that can seat up to five people. It is higher than normal and very pleasant for eating dinner from.
- Many Large plants around the house keep the air feeling fresh.
Separate toilet and bathroom accessible by all.

The flat is centrally located with access to all city centre attractions - Everything from the the Edinburgh Castle, to the best restaurants, bars and venues for the festivals or Hogmanay are within short walking distance from this flat. It is perfect for exploring Edinburgh.

I have listed my favourite attractions in the guide section. Tollcross itself has many great places to visit, home street just round the corner is peppered with great bars and restaurants.

Getting around:

A cab from Waverly station won't be above £6. If there's several of you and luggage as well it's the best option. Leave the main exist of the station and you'll see the black cabs lining up.

The number 16 bus leaves from Waverly's main exit and stops right outside glen street.

The flat is very centrally located, only 15 minutes walk from the Royal Mile in the middle of Edinburgh.
It takes precisely 19 minutes walk from the flat to the Royal Mile in the middle of Edinburgh according to (website hidden) maps.
