Situated in the Edinburgh's historic New Town it is a short walk from Edinburgh's Princes Street and Waverly Train station. Just around the corner on Broughton Street you will find quality restaurants, wine bars, coffee shops, leading to Harvey Nichol's and various designer boutiques. The Royal Mile, and Centre of Edinburgh's Old Town are only 10-15 minutes walk.

Nearby is The Edinburgh Play House the Omni Cinema complex. A ten minute walk will bring you to most of the Festival Hubs including the original Assembly Rooms on George Street, or, over the Mound, to the other main Festival Hub situated in the George Square.

This property is ideally situated as a base for travel throughout the region. Less than 10 minutes walk to the of Waverley Train station or less to the new bus terminal. There is ample on-street parking, which is free on weekends, and longer term parking nearby. If you wish to leave your car for a longer periods, less than 15 minute walk

The apartment has been finished to an excellent standard with natural oak in the entrance hall, finished, sanded floors throughout, a modern dining kitchen and a separate, comfortable lounge and two newly refurbished bathrooms. The apartment affords fabulous views of the city.

The accommodation is over two floors and is comprised of a large lounge, a separate dining kitchen, two full bathrooms and four double bedrooms. We offer flexible room layouts including the provision of a family room and twin bedrooms for up to nine people to sleep comfortably, just let us know in advance. There are two full bathrooms, one with shower over the bath, and the other with a stall shower.

We have catered for private families and Festival Performers for over ten years with many repeat customers and recommendations!
