This is a fantastic second floor three bed apartment which is available for short term lets.The property comprises of luxury kitchen, dining room, double aspect sitting room with sofabed, two double bedrooms, one with en-suite shower room, single bedroom and family bathroom. The property also benefits from gas central heating.Included in the price is electricity and gas (limits for long term stay over 3 months), bed linen, towels and internet access.

The Neighbourhood

Situated very close to the stunning botanic gardens and the oasis that is Inverleith Park, whilst still close enough to walk to the city centre, this beautiful apartment offers a great base to explore all the fantastic sights that Edinburgh has to offer.Nearby Canonmills has bars, cafes, restaurants and a large supermarket just a short walk away.

Getting around:

Within walking distance of bus stop and plenty good amenities.
