The property also benefits from gas central heating.Included in the price is electricity and gas (limits for long term stay over 3 months), bed linen, towels and internet access.

The Neighbourhood

Situated very close to the stunning botanic gardens and the oasis that is Inverleith Park, whilst still close enough to walk to the city centre, this beautiful apartment offers a great base to explore all the fantastic sights that Edinburgh has to offer.Nearby Canonmills has bars, cafes, restaurants and a large supermarket just a short walk away.

Getting around:

Within walking distance of bus stop and plenty good amenities.

There is a wonderful bus service in Edinburgh so there is no need for a car. The nearest bus stop is just a few minutes walk from the apartment. If you are looking to venture out of the city, the train a bus station are a mile a way.
