Light and spacious two bedroom, second floor apartment offers relaxed and comfortable home from home. Located on Edinburgh's vibrant Leith Walk to the north east of the city centre.The Leith district offers plenty of attractions including the Royal Yacht Britannia which is moored at the Ocean Terminal shopping centre which hosts a good selection of restaurants and bars, a multiplex cinema as well as a a number of great quality shops. The apartment is an ideal base for exploring Edinburgh with all the major city centre attractions within easy reach. The city centre is an approximately 10 minute stroll by foot or 5 minute bus journey with the main street being well serviced by a number of buses.The apartment is decorated to a high standard and provides a comfortable retreat after a busy day of sightseeing. The apartment consists of two double bedrooms, suitable for 4 guests and the living room a sofabed which will sleep a further two guests. Please note if required 2 single beds

There is central heating and double glazing throughout the apartment, ensuring a cosy stay in the heart of Scotland's capital.Shopping & Dining: There is a large supermarket (open until 11pm) just across the road and Leith Walk has a provides a good selection of restaurants, take-away shops and various small shops ranging from wine merchants, bakeries and patisserie among others.Younger visitors:Families are welcome at this apartment (although no pets, please). A travel cot and high chair can be supplied by prior arrangement. There are various park nearby which provide ample play facilities for children.Parking and transport:Free private allocated is available and the apartment is well-served by frequent bus services. A taxi from the city centre costs between £5-10. The apartment is around 15 min walk to both Waverley train station and the bus station, both of which are also reachable by direct bus services. An Airport bus departs at regular intervals from Waverley bridge.

Bright and spacious 3 bedroom apartment. Free allocated parking directly in front of property, located on quiet side street close to city centre. Conveniently located for city centre and fashionable shore district, ideal base for exploring the city. Newly refurbished.

Edinburgh

Princes Street and George Street offers a variety of high end retail establishments and particularly George Street a number of upmarket bars and restaurants to suit every taste. Happy to provide further suggests for places to visit, eat and drink upon request and a number of brochures provided in the apartment. The Leith Shore area is wonderful to wander and explore, traditionally a port town it is full of quirky converted bond buildings and has become a hub for fabulous eateries and bars. Ocean Terminal provides a multiplex cinema for some timeout from sightseeing and is home to a number of shops, restaurants and cafes. It also links you to the Royal Yacht Britannia which is moored here and available to tour.Joppa and Portobello seaside villages can be reached in 10 minutes by car and make a great day out. Edinburgh Zoo makes a great day out for younger guests or animal lovers and our new guest from China (Pandas Tian Tian and Yang Guang) make a wonderful addition and are well worth visiting.
