Stunning, bright and recently, renovated top floor flat (3rd floor) of a purpose-built Georgian apartment building in Edinburgh's New Town with wonderful cityscape views and central location.

Central to the flat is an airy hall with original flagstone floor and oval cupola from which the rooms are accessed.

Three bedrooms each with traditional fireplaces ; Bedroom1 - a large master with a superking sized bed, Bedroom2 – a further superking sized bed which is convertible to twin beds, Bedroom3 - with a daybed which can be made up as a double or 2 singles.

Location, location, location – in the centre of Edinburgh's Georgian New Town and UNESCO World Heritage Site, ideally located to experience the best of new and old. An easy walk from train/tram/bus terminals, the flat is in an area with local supermarkets, restaurants and pubs, many antique and art shops. A short walk to Princes Street and other attractions including the Old Town and Edinburgh Castle. Transport links are convenient, with a bus stop just across the road.
Further afield, a walk along the Water of Leith will take you to Stockbridge or the Botanic Gardens.

Please be aware that the apartment is on the 3rd floor, accessed by 7 flights of stairs.

The Neighbourhood
A UNESCO World Heritage site with its classical Georgian architecture and real sense of grandeur, Edinburgh's New town is both traditional and lively. The area has good restaurants and pubs in tucked-away corners as well as interesting antique shops and art galleries. Close to the city centre, you can choose between the lively Princes and George streets or the quiet buzz of Stockbridge as well as the historic Royal mile, leading from Edinburgh Castle to the Scottish Parliament buildings.

Getting around
Most of central Edinburgh can be reached by foot in half-an-hour or less, otherwise there are bus and tram stops nearby and Waverley train station is a 15 minute walk.

Fresh linen and towels are provided for your stay. Toiletries are not provided.
There is no parking available at this property. There are , however, excellent public transport links nearby.
We are unable to host guests with pets or stag/hen parties.
