This attractive first floor apartment, sleeps up to 6 guests and offers private parking in a secure underground car park with lift access to the property. Please note that Guests wishing to use the garage parking are required to provide us with their car registration number at least 48 hours before their stay as the development operates a number plate recognition camera system.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms, one double and one twin both rooms have ample storage space. The twin bedroom has an ensuite shower room with shower, toilet and wash hand basin and there is another bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and toilet situated off the hall. A well equipped kitchen has an electric oven and gas hob, frige freezer, dishwasher and washer dryer. There is plenty of cookware, glass cutlery and china provided for guests who wish to cook in the apartment. The large comfortable sitting room is furnished with comfortable seating for 6 guests including a sofa bed for the use of larger parties. A TV with DVD player and a CD player have been provided in addition to free WiFi. The apartment is wheelchair accessible, but the there is a step up to the shower, so please call for more information before booking if you have special requirements
We meet all guests at the apartment until 6pm, after this, they can collect keys to the property from a nearby key safe. We are available by telephone 7 days a week to help with any problems that our visitors may encounter.
Annandale Street is situated just off of Leith walk close to the fashionable ‘Broughton Village’ area. The apartment is only 10 minutes walk from the East end of Princes Street and is close to The Edinburgh Play house, the multi screen Omni centre and a wide selection of bars and restaurants. Broughton Street is Within 5 minutes walk of the property and the area offers a wealth of interesting cafes, bars and restaurants as well as a choice of lovely independent shops and galleries selling gifts, cards, clothes and artwork. There is an award winning butcher (the perfect place to buy haggis!) a traditional family run fishmonger called ‘Something Fishy’ and a selection of great delicatessens and health food shops.
The apartment is only a short walk from York place where you can pick up a tram to and from the airport and there are also good and frequent bus services from the Leith walk. Waverly Station is 12 minutes walk away
Arrival time is from 3pm but we can often allow you to drop off luggage earlier than this on request. Departure is by 11am but a later check out can sometimes be arranged so please ask if you have special requirements.
Please note that during August and at Hogmanay there is a minimum 3 night minimum stay. If you are staying longer than 3 nights discounts are available please ask!
No pets and no Smoking please. Please note that you are in a residential area and we ask you to respect the the local inhabitants and keep noise late at night and early in the morning to a minimum.
