Perfect small flat( as long as several flights of stairs aren't an issue). In busy area but once you are in the flat you wouldn't think so. Every thing was considered including the welcome food pack

Very good Location. Grassmarket is faboulus. The flat was really comfortable,very cleaned,very well equipped and everything was new and refurbished. Mrs Stevenson is very nice and friendly. She provided us with a very big breakfast on our arrival.

A true doll house, perfectly cared for, elegantly combining the historical style with modern comfot. The best possible location in Edinburgh: 5 minutes walk from the EICC en just 1 minute walk down to Grassmarket. Definitely returnig on the next city trip and sending friends and fmily as well :) Great work, Jenny Stevenson :)

“Such a cute flat in a perfect location!”
This flat was perfect- we stayed Monday to Friday and had a lovely time. It was ideally located for walking to all areas of Edinburgh. If I had any criticsm of the place it was that the bunk beds weren't overly comfortable, but not enough that I didn't sleep! Would definitely stay there again.

Perfect location with amazing views of the castle.Very clean and tidy inside accommodation with all facilities that you require for a great stay in Edinburgh.

“Nice flat close to everything.”
Great place to stay. Good location, walking distance to most things. Bed was a bit firm. All in all a great place to stay.

Everything that the photos promised, immaculate apartment beautifully decorated, extremely well-equipped. Jenny the most thoughtful host....she knew what we might need even before we did! Her personal touch and attention to detail made it feel like a home from home experience. Taking courtyard garden route for stairs access easier for older people. Amazingly quiet green oasis in the centre of the city. Excellent communication throughout. Well-deserving of the 4 stars awarded with a 5 star host. Thank you."
“The perfect place to stay for a relaxed and very comfortable holiday in Edinburgh”
We received excellent service. We were met on arrival by a very pleasant housekeeper who gave us a complete introduction to the property and its facilities. m The flat was spotless and very well provisioned with breakfast basics, personal amenities and housekeeping essentials. The property has been set up with excellence in mind. All fixtures, fittings and amenities are of the highest quality. The flat is located on a very busy street, but when entered via the security door, one enters an oasis of peace and quiet. The location is perfect for a visitor to Edinburgh, being close to the Royal Mile and Castle. In summary, a great location, very quiet, beautifully presented and an ideal home from home. Strongly recommended as a place to stay.
“Excellent value, efficient service and great attention to detail”
Its hard to fault this compact two bedroom flat. Very well stocked with bed linen, towels and kitchen equipment it is spotlessly clean and newly decorated, and feels like a genuine home while there. The main asset, however, is the host, who is as attentive to needs as its possible to be, ensuring that the guest feels completely at ease while staying. Although in my repeated visits I have never had any real problems, I remain confident that should an issue arise it will be dealt with quickly and without fuss. She is always pleasant, and with an obviously genuine wish to offer good service, I would recommend staying at the flat to anyone (just not the week I have it every year during the festival, please!). My only "negative" comment is that it is up several flights of stairs, but that is made very clear in the details offered. Unless you find steps difficult, in which case Edinburgh itself may not be for you, this is not really an issue beyond carrying your case up.
“Tidy, well equipped apartment in great location”
I found this apartment to be completely suitable for our stay there. It's very clean and is well equipped if you are thinking of eating in whilst visiting. The location is super - 10 min walk to Princes St and well positioned for public transport. I also really enjoyed the 1 min walk to good size Sainsburys on the corner. Very handy for any traveller. The apartment is small but a thousand times better than hotel accommodation with the added benefit of privacy. Travelling with my teenage daughter I also felt completely secure at this address and at no time were we bothered with any noise at all. It may be worth noting that the flat is up three flights of stairs, but this is pointed out and made clear if you read reviews. This wasn't problematic for us but maybe older visitors would want to consider. All up I would recommend this property to couples or small family looking for accommodation close to city.
