The prices displayed are purely indicative for this property, please get in touch for an accurate quotation. Ladystairs is a second floor self catering apartment in a listed building on the Lawnmarket (the top section of the famous Royal Mile ) and is approximately 150 metres from Edinburgh Castle . This self-catering apartment is furnished and decorated to a very high standard to make your stay in Edinburgh as comfortable as possible. Guests who have a laptop can also enjoy a free broadband connection either through the supplied cable or by wifi.

The apartment is a pleasant walk to many other major Edinburgh attractions such as the Royal Scottish Museum and the National Gallery of Scotland. There is also a copious amount of bars, restaurants, cafe’s and shops in the immediate area.

Lounge/kitchen room

This combined lounge/kitchen area has been completely equipped to make your stay as comfortable as possible. It contains a sofabed ( which converts to a comfortable double bed, when there is only two staying at the apartment please state if you require use of this ? ), a dining table suitable for four people. A fireplace with a coal effect fire provides additional heat to the convector heater and some smaller items of furniture and lighting features create a wonderful ambience in the room. A widescreen tv with approximately 30 digital channels and a DVD with a selection of dvd’s and cd’s are provided for your enjoyment. There is a fantastic bay window to give you a superb view of the Royal Mile.

The kitchen area is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, electric oven & hob, microwave oven, washer/dryer and cutlery & crockery for up to four people.

* All gas & electricity costs are included in the rental.

* Linen and towels are provided and are changed weekly for rentals of 1 week or more.

* Complimentary tea, coffee and milk are provided for your arrival.

* Ironing facilities and a hair dryer are provided.

* The airport bus drop off point and main railway station are 5 minutes walk.
