There is a large elegant drawing room with a double sofa bed as well as 4 seater sofa and armchair. There is also a wide selection of DVDs, CDs, books, games and of course, WIFI. The family bathroom is fully tiled and has a bath with over bath shower. Including the 2 en-suites, this property provides you with 3 bathrooms in total (no queues in the morning!)There is a constant supply of hot water, gas central heating and a lovely period style electric fire nestling in the huge Georgian fireplace in the drawing room. This combined with the provision of cosy blankets and hot water bottles (if needed!), ensure that even in the coldest winter day, your comfort is guarnteedGuests will find welcoming touches on their arrival, such as complimentary toiletries, a welcome hamper of essentials including tea, coffee, preserves, bread, milk and biscuits as well as recommendations of places to visit & things to see. The city has many attractions which draw the crowds, there is the allure of the Festival itself, with thousands of performances each year during it's three week period - there is also the fascinating history of the city, with incredible stories intertwined with different parts of the city. “Fantastic apartment in a great location.”

This lovely apartment had everything you would want or need and is only a few minutes walk from Princes Street. The owner was very friendly and helpful.
