Homely apartment located in the heart of Edinburgh with original marble log fire. With only a 5 minute walk from City Centre (and the train, bus station and tram terminals) and with spectacular views of the stunning Calton Hill this is the perfect location to explore Edinburgh.

The apartment is equipped with everything for your stay (fresh linen, towels, logs for fire, unlimited WIFI, board games, TV with freeview, PLAYSTATION and games, large DVD collection and DVD player, washing machine & dishwasher (products provided for free). We provide you with some specialty teas, coffee, milk, Scottish fudge and highland spring to help you get started. The kitchen is stocked with lots of cooking utensils or if you wish to eat out there are plenty of great restaurants nearby as well as all of the local attractions being right on your door step - absolutely everything is within walking distance. The apartment has a large entrance open plan hallway which leads off to a bathroom with bath and shower, 2 double bedrooms, a large kitchen come dining room, as well as a living room with real log fire to welcome you home after a long day exploring Edinburgh.

Fantastic location, lovely friendly area. Short walk to city centre and all the sights. Apartment really lovely. Well decorated, clean, warm, comfortable and well equipped. It surpassed our expectations. Owner friendly and accomodating. Would not hesitate to use again.

Absolutely loved the apartment, very clean and tidy on arrival. The location is great, and the view of Calton Hill from the lounge window is superb. It's in a very convenient location, being near enough to the centre and all of the attractions of Edinburgh. Wouldn't hesitate to book again.

“Excellent apartment in a superb location”

The apartment was beautiful, well equipped, very comfortable and warm. Martin is an excellent host and as well as the thoughtful touches to welcome us on arrival the apartment had everything we could possibly need and more. It is excellently located with the city centre just a short walk. Would love to visit again.

Flat is just 5 minutes from Playhouse theatre and John Lewis, and has great views of Carlton Hill.. It was clean, fresh and well equipped. Lots of thoughtful touches, welcome hamper and milk in fridge for cup ot tea- much appreciated. Owner was friendly and super flexible.Great Find!

3rd visit to Edinburgh but first to this flat (Flat 9 37 Montgomery Street). We were met by the owners & their lovely daughter & made to feel at home from the start. The flat had everything we needed for our stay & a welcome pack of goodies too! Everything worked fine & very comfortable, good views too. Our thanks to Mark & family for a great week! My partner and I booked a last minute trip to Edinburgh, and we found this fantastic apartment online. It was exactly what we were looking for. Great location, only a short walk to the new town, and gorgeous views of Nelson's Monument. It was clean, comfortable and beautifully furnished- we felt right at home! An absolutely gorgeous, very tastefully decorated and immaculate apartment, to match the stunning, vibrant city of Edinburgh. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in a most comfortable apartment. We really appreciated the Welcome Pack of essential items. Carolyn and myself had our own space in two beautiful bedrooms, and we both enjoyed the comforts of the kitchen/diner, and the cosy lounge with amazing views of Calton Hill. The linen and towels were of top quality. The bathroom was pristine. We both had a wonderful time, a home from home holiday. High recommended to all our friends and family. “Fantastic”

Really pleasantly surprised at how nice the flat was for the price we paid. Considering we were so close to the centre the road was so quiet. The only criticism would be that the hairdryer and pillows are due for updating but it is getting to the end of the year now. We'll be booking here again for sure, 10/10 for communication from the owner and the deposit was returned within hours of leaving. Really impressed.

Nice apartment/flat with all necessary facilities. Very comfortable. Closely located to Edinburgh city centre. Owner communicated promptly regarding access procedure and return of deposit. One point to be aware, flat is on 3rd floor with only stairs to access. I would certainly use again.

“Amazing Find!!!!”

Just spent a long weekend at this gem of an apartment! Do not be put off by the blue door or many steps up to the apartment as it's all well worth it!!! Extremely lean and beautiful Apartment well run and efficient landlord and his lovely father. Highly recommend the Italian deli around the corner ! Well situated for bars restaurants and walking into Edinburgh. Will definately be sending others your way if wanting a lovEly apartment with a fantastic view! Thanks!
