It's the ideal place to 'go local'; with many shops, restaurants and tapa bars. It's also perfectly placed for a day trip to the famous cities of Seville (95 km - 60 miles) and Córdoba (50 km - 31 miles). The real eye-catcher of the property is its lovely pool of 5 by 9 metres, set in an enclosed garden assuring complete privacy.

The property is laid out on one floor and tastefully decorated in a rustic style with high beamed ceilings and old farm implements. The living/dining room is very comfortable and features an open-plan kitchen. Facilities: open fireplace, sofa, radio, tv and DVD player. The kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. There is a double bedroom that connects with a twin bedroom (ideal for families with children, but not very apt for couples!). The third bedroom has 2 twin beds and a double bed. Airconditioning is available in the bedrooms and living/dining room.

Ecija

Écija is located in the Campiña district between Seville and Cordoba, along the banks of the Genil river. It is considered a Historic-Artistic site, and is truly an open museum of Sevillian baroque and one of the most important art centres of Andalusia. In this magic corner of Southern Spain one can delight in the artistic vibrations of all of the civilisations that have settled here.

The sight of the towers, domes and bell towers that rise above the city roofs is unique. The squares, fountains and noble residences also contribute to the exceptional beauty of the city. Some of its most important monuments are the Palace of Peñaflor, the Plaza Mayor, the Palace of the Marqueses de Benamejí¬, the Church of Santa Marí¬a, the Palace Vallehermoso, the Church of Santiago and the Church of San Gil.
