Description

Teman Desa Villa Dua is a private and secure villa in peaceful Pererenan Village Canggu, set amongst beautiful rice paddy fields only 800m to Echo beach and only 15 minutes to Seminyak.

Your stay at the villa includes a free breakfast on your first morning prepared in the villa by our chef Putu. Breakfasts thereafter will be prepared free of charge with you only paying for the cost of the fresh produce.

• There are of course many restaurants in and around Seminyak. There is a list of recommended restaurants in the Guest Directory.

• Putu can make restaurant reservations and arrange transport for you.

LOCATION

The Villa is just 45 minutes from Bali's International Airport, 15 minutes from Seminyak's famous shopping and renowned restaurants, 15 minutes from Greg Norman designed Nirwana golf course and only a short distance from the sunsets of one of Bali's most revered temples – Tanah Lot. It is just 800 metres to some of the best surfing beaches in Bali – Pererenan and Echo Beach.

HOUSE RULES

• When not in the villa it would be appreciated if you could ensure air conditioning, lights, television and entertainment center items are turned off.

• No parties please. This is a four villa complex with some permanent residents. We need to respect them as they respect our guests.

• No smoking in living areas or bedrooms

• Extra charges will be incurred for any damage to the villa or missing items of linen, towels etc.

• No pets

• Check-out time is 11am and Check-in time is 2pm. If you require check-in or check-out outside of these times please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.

How do damage deposits work?
