Description

We have a 4-bedroom, 4-bath guest house on our 80-acre farm in the heart of Eastsound on Orcas Island. Property includes a working train on a 2-mile track, two train stations, basketball court, a petting farm with donkeys, goats and chickens, fully stocked Lobby with popcorn machine, games, ooks, puzzles, outdoor activities. We also have a campground in the woods with 63 wooded private campsites, meadows for kids to play in.

Each private room has a locking door, private ensuite bath, television with DVD player, and coffee service with locally-produced coffee and breakfast items. Bathrooms are equipped with towels and toiletries, and we sell miscellaneous toiletries in our Lobby. House is equipped with a double kitchen, two refrigerators, dishwasher, two dining tables, fully stocked with pots, pans, and dishware enough to serve 20+ guests, plasticware for outdoor use, a Viking Professional double propane grill, private back patio with patio furniture, porch swing, fire pit, and hammock. We stock the kitchen with snacks, and breakfast items such as biscotti, yogurt, granola, fruit and orange juice. Living area has plenty of seating, another television with DVD player, plenty of DVDs, and a wood stove with wood for you to build a cozy fire.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
