Open, airy Cape near Lighthouse beach and the bike trail. A nice open floor plan with cathedral ceiling and beams that includes the living room, kitchen and dining area with sliders to the 12 x 20 outside deck. There is new split-system air conditioning in the main area of the first floor. This home has two bedrooms on the first floor ~ 1 Queen and 2 Twins and an a/c unit in each. The bathroom on the first floor has a tub / shower combo. The second floor master bedroom has a queen, an a/c unit and a bathroom with a shower only. This home is located in a great area that is close to the bike trail access on Brackett Road and near the Cape Cod National Seashore Beaches wuth Nauset Light Beach about 1.25 miles down the road! NO Pets Accepted.

Wonderful accomodation well located

We did enjoy our two week stay in this house located in a very calm area closed to beaches (5 minutes by car max). Fully equipped, lots of service... Nothing to say except we will come back for sure !… More

A terrific location, close to bike trail and national seashore. Nice wooded lot on a quiet street. Kitchen was well-equipped. Only problem was AC, which was not able to handle the unusual hot weathe… More
