Located in Eastbourne's cultural quarter, this completely refurbished, magnificent 2 bedroom apartment is the perfect place to relax whilst being next to the riches that Eastbourne has to offer. It boasts stunning sea views one way and the famous Devonshire Park Tennis Club the other. It is also the place to be for the Theatre District, as Devonshire Park, refurbished Congress and Winter Garden are just a stones throw. If you are travelling to a conference, the apartment overlooks the Conference Centre. The town centre, with new Beacon shopping mall along with fabulous restaurants are also just 10 minutes walk away.

This spacious apartment sleeps up to six people and combines Victorian character with luxury modern detail. You will enjoy over 75 square metres of light airy rooms including large living room, modern fitted open plan kitchen diner, master double bedroom, family bathroom and second twin bedroom. Free WiFi is also available throughout.

The large living room features a 42” flat screen TV with luxury L-shaped leather sofa and chair, perfect for taking in the sea views. The apartment has been designed so that each bedroom caters for your every need with highest quality beds, flat screen Freesat/DVD TV's, hairdryers and plenty of storage. The bedrooms are located at the opposite ends of the apartment, which gives you privacy if sharing with friends, or allows your children to sleep uninterrupted while you enjoy your evenings.

The modern fitted kitchen is complete with dishwasher and washing machine and the ideal hub to enjoy a family or romantic meal around the solid oak table and leather chairs. The bathroom has also been designed with the highest quality materials and has a bath/shower with rain head attachment.

Parking could not be easier as we provide permits that are just £1 per day. These allow you to park outside the apartment in Wilmington Square and in all the surrounding roads. If you prefer to arrive by train then the station is just a short walk away.

Getting around

Staying here gives you the perfect base with Brighton just 27 miles away and Hastings with 1066 country also just 17. London is just 90 mins direct to Vicotoria and many areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty on your doorstep. The train station is within 10 minutes walk of the apartment and here you can get connections to London, Brighton, Hastings and all across the South Coast. There is also a bus stop on the sea front, just two minutes walk away and that will take you up to Beachy Head, Seven Sisters and Brighton.

In the apartment there is a Welcome Pack and that explains how to use everything in the apartment and the WiFi code.

As the property is in a residential apartment block, we cannot allow parties other than a quiet dinner party. We ask that you don’t display any balloons or banners and our neighbours have emergency contact details, should they be disturbed.

If we receive a valid complaint from anyone regarding the noise level during your stay, or behaviour of you or your party, we may ask you to leave immediately, your damage/security deposit and/or any other monies paid to us will be retained.

We agree with all the approving comments made by others – immaculate, well equipped apartment, ideally located for all of Eastbourne’s facilities. A mundane additional comment is that everything in the apartment works very efficiently, e.g. the shower doesn’t merely look elegant but produces copious and controllable hot water. Kris was very helpful and welcoming when we arrived. We will be back!
