This striking Edwardian house is situated on a leafy street between the town centre and Eastbourne's finest recreational area – Gildredge Park with its playing fields, tennis courts, skate park and children's playground.

A multitude of restaurants, theatres and attractions are also on hand and the beach is an easy stroll away.

Arlington House is the ideal holiday home for larger families, with three double bedrooms and one twin bedroom upstairs. The master bedroom has a cot in the room – so is ideal for those with a baby – and also has an ensuite bathroom with shower. There are a further two bathrooms upstairs – so no fighting over the shower!

Downstairs is a spacious lounge overlooking the lovely gardens, with comfortable sofas and large TV and DVD player. The large, welcoming kitchen has a breakfast table for informal dining and is well equipped, including a dishwasher,

All linen and towels are provided, plus free WiFi and there is driveway parking for one car.

“beautiful comfortable holiday getaway”

The property was exactly as described on the website. The property was very clean and had all the equipment needed, including towels, washing machine and dishwasher. We did have a problem with the electric sockets in the kitchen and lounge but this was sorted out very quickly and did not interrupt our stay at all.

Thank you for your review and great to hear we paint a realistic picture on our website - phew! Thank you also for your patience with the sockets - obviously we are always keen to rectify any issue as soon as possible to minimise impact on a guest's experience, but you were very understanding.
