The Piazza is a delightful gated development with the advantage of parking, and passenger lift. There are lovely harbour walks to all main restaurants and shops. The apartment is located on the second floor and has two bedrooms one twin and one double with fitted wardrobes. Together with a family bathroom, and en-suite facilities to the master bedroom. The living room looks out over the quiet South Harbour and there are French doors leading out to a sunny balcony, a second balcony off the master bedroom looks out towards the shops and restaurants in the main harbour. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes full size fridge/freezer, gas hob with electric oven, microwave, washer dryer and dish washer.

Views of the inner harbour and lovely walks directly from the apartment to the shops and restaurants. Also walks along the seafront to the town of Eastbourne.Cots and highchairs can be rented for a small additional fee - please ask when booking.

There is an allocated parking space and a visitors parking space. From the apartment walks along the key side over the bridge to the Harbour cafe's and restaurants and to the complex where all the major retail shops can be found including Asda super store. Princess Park and the yacht club are also within walking distance and from this end of the seafront you can ride your bike and skate. Pevensey fishing village and seafront is also close by..
Towels and linen are provided but not beach towels. We take a house deposit of £100 which is returned at the end of your stay and covers for any excessive cleaning and breakages. This apartment is available all year round. WiFi is now available

"Lovely apartment, great location,agent awful experience."
After a 4 and a half hour journey, correct key hadn't been left for us so took a further 90 mins to gain access. to make matters worse, agent didn't bother to contact us, even after we put in a complaint they still couldn't have cared less. Very disappointing, shame as apartment was lovely, location was great, really loved the area. purpose of our visit was to check out the area and view several properties with a view to buying a holiday home. Will go back, but won't use that agent.

"Very nice apartment"
Stayed at 64 The Piazza for a long weekend at the beginning of September and we really enjoyed the three night break. The accommodation is very well kept and everything you could possibly want is provided. Nice view from the lounge across the small marina and pleasant walks around the area and along to the pub/restaurant. Good location for getting into Eastbourne and visiting the surround area.

Excellent location for us in particular , being close to our son and family. Lovely views of the Harbour.Apartment ideal in every way.
