There is a large lounge and dining area with ample comfortable seating for 6 guests. A well equipped open plan kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, electric oven and ceramic hob.

A sunny sheltered balcony with lovely sea views where you can sit and relax or watch the surfers and cruise ships with the binoculars.

Modern bathroom with a large shower and an additional cloakroom, ideal when maximum occupancy.

A pleasant 5 minute stroll to the village with traditional shops, cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy, bank and surf shops.

Unlimited Wi-Fi and BT tv/sports, DVD player and selection of DVD's, Digital Radio

Unfortunately pets are NOT allowed and smoking is strictly prohibited. No parties or events.

Private parking via barrier. Access code required for outside door with intercom in the apartment, offering additional security. CCTV in the gardens and car park, well lit at night and night lighting in the stairways.

Linen:- A linen charge of £12.50 per person per week can be added to the rental price. This includes bed made up with linen, bath and hand towels. Beach towels are not provided. You do have the option to supply your own linen and towels at no additional charge. Duvets and pillows are provided. Please contact the owner if you would like this service.

The England region

East Wittering is situated on the coast 6 miles south of the Cathedral City of Chichester. Chichester has a main line railway station which provides a regular service to London Victoria in about 1 hour 45 minutes and to Gatwick in about 1 hour 5 minutes. An alternative, slightly faster rail service to London is also available from Havant in about 1 hour 20 minutes to London Waterloo. Brighton, Portsmouth and Southampton are all easily reached along the coast. The area is well served from Chichester with the A27 (M27) coastal route and A3 to London.

East Wittering

The excellent shops and facilities in East Wittering which include a health centre, chemists, banks etc are within 300m. Chichester offers a wealth of cultural and entertainment activities such as the Festival Theatre, Pallant House art gallery, Cathedral, multiplex cinema and leisure centre. Within two miles of Chichester is Goodwood House the location for the world famous Festival of Speed, Goodwood motor racing circuit and 'Glorious Goodwood' horse racing. Chichester Harbour is designated an area of outstanding beauty

The Cathedral city of Chichester is one of the most well-preserved Georgian cities in the UK, with its centre sitting within the famous old Roman walls. The four main pedestrianised streets, North, South, East and West converge on the central, ancient Market Cross and offer a comprehensive range of shops, bars and restaurants.

The arts are well catered for as Chichester is home to the world renowned Festival Theatre and smaller Minerva Theatre and also the Pallant House Art Gallery which is now enjoying a well deserved international reputation for its contemporary art. Annually the city plays host to a number of celebrated music and arts festivals centred around the Cathedral.

The waters of the Solent and Chichester Harbour are particularly popular with sailors. The harbour is made up of a series of tidal creeks and is designated an area of outstanding natural beauty with wonderful walks while Chichester Marina, Birdham Pool and Itchenor Sailing Club provide the nearest sailing facilities. The 'National Trust' reserve (1.5 miles) at East Head in West Wittering has perhaps the most picturesque 'blue flag' beach in West Sussex and the award winning coastline of the Witterings and Bracklesham Bay in general provides many opportunities for swimming, surfing, windsurfing, kitesurfing and landboarding.

Other recreational activities are well catered for, there is a multiplex cinema in Chichester and several Golf courses are in close proximity. Apart from its' internationally known racecourse which offers the 'Glorious Goodwood' meeting in the summer, Goodwood also provides many other facilities including golf, country club and airfield and plays host to the world famous annual 'Festival of Speed' and the motor 'Revival' meeting in September at the historic motor racing circuit.

There are exceptional walking, horse riding and mountain biking opportunities to be enjoyed in the South Downs countryside which now enjoys the status of a national park.

“Amazing location, Seafront Apartment, quite simply just lovely.”

The apartment is light, large and airy, it is well equipped and has beautiful, good quality furnishings. It's situation is excellent being on the seafront. The balcony has just lovely seaviews, there is nothing quite like being so close to the beach. There are shops and restaurants very close by, literally a few minutes walk away. It really has everything and I will be back very soon. Thank you so much for an amazing, and relaxing stay.
