Description

The cottage is in the centre of East Prawle close to the pub, cafe and shop, and with immediate access onto the green for children. There are views onto the green and also over fields down to the sea. It is cosy and comfortable, well equipped, and easy to maintain. Ideal for those walking the beautiful South West coast and with easy access to many local beaches. The cottage, which has recently been extensively refurbished, is on three floors with two double bedrooms: one bedroom, with two single beds (+ z-bed), with ensuite shower, on the top floor above the sitting room/kitchen and the other bedroom below, with a kingsize bed, and ensuite bathroom. (Linen can be provided on request.) The cottage is easy to keep warm with a small but very effective wood burner, and night storage heaters. It is ideal for winter breaks as well as summer holidays. There is a walled garden which looks out over the fields and down to the sea. East Prawle is the southernmost tip of Devon with a variety of beaches

We have stayed at Sea Rocket Cottage several times over the last 6 years and found it perfect for us in every way. Very comfortable, clean, warm and welcoming with charming enclosed garden/patio. Excellent shop and pub within 3 minutes walk. East Prawle delightful village - a real hub for local walks and even swimming in the summer.
