This beautifully presented apartment is located in the tiny hamlet of Rickham and is surrounded by farmland. The hamlet is on the outskirts of the unspoilt coastal village of East Portlemouth which perches on the very southern tip of the South Hams and is situated in a designated 'area of outstanding natural beauty'. The apartment consists of double doors which open into a delightful open plan living room with sofa, feature fireplace, flat screen TV, DVD and CD/cassette/radio. Well appointed kitchen with double oven and grill, ceramic hob, refrigerator, washer/dryer and table with seating for three. Large bedroom with super king bed (which can be made up as two singles. An extra single bed available if necessary. En-suite shower room with spacious shower cubicle, hand basin, WC, and heated towel rail. Outside provides garden seating, small courtyard with sun loungers and raised lawn. There is parking for one car off road.

This comfortable apartment will suit those who want total relaxation and peace and quiet or those who love walking and exploring the fantastic countryside and coastal walks and beaches which are on the doorstep. From the apartment a ten to fifteen minute stroll through Rickham Woods brings you to Millbay and Sunny Cove, two of the prettiest beaches in the area with soft sand and safe bathing waters. There is also easy access to the South West Coastal Path and a passenger ferry ride to Salcombe, the famous sailing haven. Anyone interested in fishing, sailing or just 'messing about in boats' will be in seventh heaven.

A lovely little apartment with everything you might need for a peaceful stay in the South Hams. Close to the SW coast path and to the beaches of East Portlemouth. Bernice is the perfect host!

How do damage deposits work?
