"small but convenient"
The rental was adequate for one person. Only one comfy chair, but there was not enough space for more. The bathroom really only accommodated one person at a time. If you are staying for more than a few days, don't forget to bring your toilet paper. The bed under the skylight was great until it rained. The kitchen was well equipped. Location was good but noisy.

The two positives about this accommodation were the location and the size. It's proximity to Oxford was good but some may be put off by the main road location. Double glazing meant it was not too noisy. The size of the studio was also fine for a couple. On the downside while it had been recently renovated it had been poorly done with water damage around the kitchen sink and a shower that had been heavily siliconed and was mouldy. The bed linen was passed its use by date and the towels were thin and discoloured. While the kitchen has good appliances the inclusions for self catering were poor. Not one container with a lid! The whole flat felt like it would benefit from a good spring clean.
