Description

Kwan Yin is a beautiful house with fabulous sea views and is just a short walk from the beach.

The private drive offers parking for one car with access to the top level of this upside down house. The lounge, dining area and kitchen all enjoy views of the lovely gardens and fabulous Cornish coastline. Comfortably furnished with leather seating, the lounge is a welcoming space and has a rise and recline electric chair. The dining area has a good size French polished dining table with 6 chairs and leads through to the fully fitted kitchen with gas hob, electric oven and grill, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave and toaster. The property has free wifi.

The conservatory is entered via one step (with grab rails) from the lounge and is again, a comfortably furnished space with further access on to the balcony. The conservatory and balcony are the perfect places to sit and enjoy the spectacular views, whether it be while enjoying a Cornish cream tea, a glass of Prosecco or a nicely chilled G&T!

There is a toilet and wash hand basin on the same level as the living space, making it easier for those with mobility issues.

Stairs with stair lift lead downstairs to the three bedrooms which again are all sea facing. The spacious master bedroom has a superking size bed and ample storage space. The second double is a smaller room with standard double bed and the third bedroom a lovely twin room with zip and link beds so can be made into a third double. A large wet room with wall mounted shower chair completes the ground floor.

The mature gardens at Kwan Yin are beautiful and are ideal for sitting quietly with a book or for children to play hide and seek!

Immediately adjacent to the property is a pathway which leads down to Plaidy beach - just a couple of minutes walk. Plaidy is a lovely beach for children with plenty of rock pools to explore when the tide is out. Looe town centre is a 5 - 10 minute drive or approximately a 20 minute walk along the coastal path from where the views are delightful.

Kwan Yin is the perfect spot to enjoy a family holiday as well as all the delights of Looe and the surrounding areas.
