Self catering two bedroom purpose built ground floor apartment in ZONE 2/3. Wood laminated flooring in the reception area and kitchen. It has a delightful garden as well as a separate dining area which is adjacent to the modern spacious fitted kitchen.

There is one master bedroom with a comfortable double bed and fitted wardrobes, and one bedroom with two single beds. It can comfortably accommodate four people. There is also a sofa in the reception area.

Recently decorated, the property comes with everything you need for a pleasant stay in London.

The TV is connected to Freeview with up to 50 digital TV channels and 24 digital radio stations to choose from.

“Clean, convenient to transport and well-priced”

First, I'd like to say that dealing with Stephen was very easy and he was friendly and professional. Second, that London is changing so rapidly that all reviews are out of date very quickly – Canning Town is about to be hit by the developers that are all over London and it will look very different next year! The property is in a large section of Victorian working class 'terraces' (not sure i that is how they would be described in London), so this is not 'up West' sort of thing, but the area is clean and safe.15 minutes walk south brings you into the new developments around the ExCel, 15 minutes walk west brings you to all the public transport you could want at Canning Town tube station. From there you are only 15 minutes from London Bridge. For my son and I, it was great: small but with adequate bedrooms and comfortable beds. If you want to cook, the kitchen is well equipped, but we just had breakfast at the flat. While there is food on Barking Road and also to the south, we tended to stay up town until after dinner, because that was where most of our sight-seeing was. Banks, post office, pub and supermarkets are just a walk away. If you want some green space, there are two large parks and more just to the south (over Newham Way). This is not a luxury property,but if you are looking for a clean and convenient property at a good price, this one has been excellent for us.

Apartment was perfect for a short trip to London. 2 Minutes away from bus stop going directly to Plaistow or Canning Town underground station. Shops just a 5 Minute walk away. Apartment was very clean and tasteful furnished. Slept very well. Got lots of helpful informations by the landlord. Thanks for all.

Good location near the bus stop, with bus 541 going directly to Canning Town underground station. Convenient location with shops and supermarkets around. Very big house with two rooms, look just exactly like the photos shown on website. Clean and comfortable with all the facilities provided with good care! Great cab service recommended by the host, with the host waiting for us at the warm house!

My business partner and I stayed for a week. We selected this rental for its location, price. and access to transportation. We were attending EcoBuild at the Excel Center. Making the arrangements with the owner was easy. He advised us to take a car from the airport. We decided to save money and take the subway and bus. Big mistake! Took a cab back to the airport for to fly home. The place was big enough for the two of use and it was clean. We did not cook but found some good place to eat within walking distance. I would recommend this place if the location fits although transportation to all sites was easy.
