LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION: Come to one of the Caribbean's most beautiful beaches not even 200 steps from your front door. White sandy beach graced by sea grape trees. Spectacular panorama of Caribbean islands from Jost van Dyke to Tortola to St. John. Crystal clear water. Our spacious deluxe one-bedroom apartment is clean and brightly furnished in Caribbean style for island living. New private garden. Beautiful tropical decor.

PARADISE DEFINED: It's an experience of beauty and relaxation you won't forget. Great snorkeling right off our beach, the home of sea turtles, coral, a countless variety and abundance of reef fish, rays and more. Take a look at the photos here and in the photo album on our website - ask for url.

SPACIOUS UPDATED FIRST FLOOR APARTMENT: Our first-floor apartment at Crystal Cove (also known as Sapphire Bay Condominiums West) directly on Sapphire Beach is almost 1000 square feet. There is a very comfy king-size bed in the bedroom; two comfortable XL side-by-side twin Murphy beds in the living room and a daybed upon request. Included are two full bathrooms, one with glass-block shower and one with tub and shower, fully stocked with bathroom towels and beach towels too. Our kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator, small appliances, microwave, dishes, tableware and cooking utensils. Spacious dining table. Central air conditioning. Ceiling fans. Washer/dryer in the apartment. All bed linens, kitchen towels, pot holders, etc., are provided.

OTHER EQUIPMENT: Large flat screen TVs (cable) in the living room and bedroom and a DVD player in the living room. We also have a nice collection of movies complimentary upon request to our manager. For your convenience, a washer/dryer is right inside the unit. No need to use the coin-operated complex equipment.

CONVENIENT TO EVERYTHING: We are just one mile from the village of Red Hook with its shops and ferry terminal. Choose dining in or out. Many popular restaurants and a complete grocery market are nearby, within a 10-minute drive. From the Red Hook ferry terminal, you can take day excursions to St. John and the British Virgin Islands of Tortola and Virgin Gorda. Or have dinner and watch the sunset from St. John. Then take the 20-minute ferry back.

ACTIVITIES GALORE: Our beach attendant will set up your complimentary beach lounge or chair and make sure you are comfortable. There is a dive shop right next door as well as a marina for booking watersports, sport fishing, ski jets, parasailing, island-to-island tours and more.

TRANSPORTATION OPTIONS: Crystal Cove is a private, gated community with on-premise security. Parking is on premises, often just outside our back door. If you don't want to rent a car, taxis are also easily called, and the local $1/$2 safari-style bus that circles the island stops at the end of the driveway.

CONTINUOUS UPDATING: We personally live in and check on our condo four or five times a year and make sure everything is in excellent condition. We regularly replace any items that have seen better days.

FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE: Housekeeping service every three days. Local host/manager on premises.

OPTIONAL EXTRA SERVICES: Our on-site manager, a trusted and well-respected local resident, offers these additional services:

• Transportation from and to the airport

• Food shopping before you arrive or accompanying you to food shop during your stay
