One small/medium dog accepted but not in peak weeks. Please specify breed, age and size of your dog when you enquire. We do not charge for dogs but ask for a £50 fully refundable deposit paid direct to us.

“Family friendly bungalow walking distance from beach”
Nicely presented holiday bungalow minutes from beach and minutes from town centre. Nice quiet location perfect for exploring the Kent coastal areas. The property was well equipped with a pleasant garden etc.
“Lovely Bungalow.”
We had a lovely few days in this beautiful bungalow. We were very lucky with the weather and enjoyed eating our meals in the garden. The garden was very secure which was ideal for our little doggie. The area was very quiet and peaceful and only a few minutes walk to the sandy beach which we all enjoyed. Dymchurch is a lovely place to visit it has so many things to do. We enjoyed the miniature railway, and the crazy golf at the Cinderella golf & activity centre which is a fairly new attraction the owners were very friendly and kind. All in all we had 5 fantastic days and will be coming back to the cottage in the near future.

We have just come bank from a bank holiday weekend getaway in dymchurch.the bungalow was like home from home..lovely,clean and plenty of toys to keep the kids amused in the evenings.close to the beach, funfair and farm ..would definately recommend to anyone and we will definately be booking to stay here again.thank you

“A perfect property close to the beach”
This is a delightful bungalow, very clean and bright with comfortable modern furniture. The enclosed, secluded garden is perfect for sitting in when the sun is out. It is situated a very short walk away from the sea wall which provides a safe, traffic free route to the village centre. There is a lovely sandy beach which provided a great place to walk at lower tide. The Hythe -Dymchurch Railway runs through the village and is a good way to see the local area without using the car. We found the whole of Romney Marsh an unusual and unique location and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would definitely recommend this property to our family and friends and hope to return again in the not too distant future.

“Lovely bungalow”
Booked a last minute week away,place lovely and light and very clean, nice to return to and relax after a day out, lots of things to do lots of walk books and maps, we walked miles and enjoyed the scenery. The little train and donkeys on the beach brought back memories. Best place we have booked for a long time.

“Ideal location for a short stay.”
Very impressed. The agency and owner were very helpful before the stay. When we got there everything was clean and as advertised. Plenty of crockery and utensils, and sufficient bedding was provided. Only a short walk to the sea, and not far from local shops. Would definitely stay again.

“Wonderful clean, tidy bungalow, pet and child friendly”
We stayed at this bungalow in February, it was warm, clean and comfortable. A lovely get away from it all holiday, we thoroughly enjoyed our visit, the bungalow has a secure garden, very important for children and dogs. It was not warm enough to sit in the garden when we stayed,but it is secluded and would have been perfect in the warmer weather. Very well equipped, everything we wanted.

“Well equipped bungalow in good location”
The bungalow is situated on a quiet private estate a few minutes walk from the lovely sandy beach. Shops and amenities of Dymchurch aren't far away. Spotlessly clean when we arrived. It is well equipped, with two flat screen televisions (one on the wall in the main bedroom) and DVD player (with a number of DVDs). Kitchen has washing machine and a large fridge freezer, and plenty of crockery, etc. Good furniture in all rooms, including two leather sofas. Garden with chairs and table which we liked to sit out at. Owner has provided plenty of games for children on wet days, although our holiday had good weather; and lots of information on local area, including his list of recommended restaurants (we tried some and agreed with him). Altogether we enjoyed our holiday and would certainly return again.
