Description

A light and airy, 3 bedroom, modern townhouse only 15 minutes walk to Durham City Centre. With parking to the front and spacious rooms inside this makes a perfect base for those visiting Durham.

Internally, the accommodation is spread over 3 floors. There is an entrance hall with a ground floor shower and side door to garage. Also on the ground floor is TV room with sofa bed which can provide an extra double bed (available with a £50 rental cost) to bring the number of beds to 5. There is a backdoor leading to split level back garden.

To the first floor is the kitchen, with fridge/freezer plus an extra freezer, washer/dryer and dishwasher, dining room, toilet and lounge.

To the second floor is the master bedroom with walk in dressing area and ensuite shower room. There is also the double bedroom and third bedroom with 2 single beds and door way leading through to the family bathroom. The bathroom can also be accessed via the hallway.

To the front of the property is driveway leading to single garage providing ample parking.

“Perfect for a family!”

If I could take this house with me on every family holiday, I would be delighted. Toast letting staff excellent, house spotless and comfortable and lots of space. Lots of baths, showers and toilets for everyone getting ready for a wedding. Ideal!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
