Oasis Apartment is on the second floor, set back from the historic streets of Durham and next to the River Wear. The Cathedral and Castle are a 5-minute stroll away, which will take you past the city's interesting shops and wide variety of restaurants. There's plenty of room to relax in the exceptional quality furnishings in this light and airy apartment. It has a 5-star designer interior, and free secure parking. This is the perfect place to revive yourself after a hard day attacking the culture, shops and restaurants of Durham.

There's a jacuzzi bath, and a separate hydromassage shower enclosure in the second bathroom.

The main bedroom has a spacious Art Deco-inspired double bed, complemented by a generous wardrobe and chest of drawers.

There's a flat-screen digital television so you can laze in bed and watch TV.

The second comfortable bedroom has ample space for one further guest, who can choose to watch their own screen.

The brand new kitchen facilities are second-to-none. There's everything from a freezer to a fish slice. When night falls, you can set the mood and have a candlelit dinner at the elegant glass dining table.

The friendly local owners of this boutique-style property provide everything you could require for ultimate relaxation. As you'd expect, there's free high-speed Internet access.

The Oasis apartment was fabulous, very nicely decorated and every thing you need is provided. Secure parking is also a huge bonus given the location. The arrival and departure arrangements were great and Sharon was very helpful. Oasis is perfectly positioned with the city centre just one minutes walk away. Durham itself is a great little city with its history and pubs/restaurants aplenty to suit all tastes. Whilst it was no issue for us, if lots of students would put you off, suggest you avoid term time. Many thanks Ray and Sharon

Great well-equipped apartment in very convenient location in centre of lovely Durham city. Near to all amenities and historic attractions and riverside walks. Owner Ray very helpful. Secure underground parking a bonus for drivers.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
