Le logement est situé dans un des plus beaux hameaux belges, face à un magnifique étang et entouré de bâtiments majestueux dont des fermes et le château de Vervoz source inépuisable de photos bucoliques.

Le site est classé et très calme et seuls les poules d'eau, canards, oies, cygnes et hérons évoluant sur l'étang principal troubleront votre tranquilité.

Des promenades dans les splendides villages environnants et des visites des châteaux alentours raviront les amateurs.

Au centre de l'Europe, une excursion d'un jour en Allemagne, Hollande, Luxembourg ou France est tout-à-fait possible.

Le gite occupe une petite partie d'une belle grange et nous sommes les seuls voisins contigus et restons disponibles si un problème survient. Un folder avec tous les renseignements est envoyé quelques jours avant l'arrivée. En période de COVID, nous laissons un jour entier minimum entre deux réservations. Du gel hydroalcoolique sera prévu à l'entrée. Certaines précautions seront également demandées aux voyageurs.

A pet can be allowed on request (+15 € for a dog). The sorting of the waste is obligatory, bags and clear explanations are provided, in case of bad sorting, it will be retained 15 €. Muddy bikes must be cleaned and a flat tire will be charged 15 €. No stag or hen parties. You can smoke in the garage and there are seats outside too.

Une nouvelle : nous avons finalement décidé de nous séparer de notre vrai frigo vintage qui commençait quand même à être trop fatigué et énergivore pour un joli ersatz "vintage" vert pomme avec compartiment congélation !

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Brigitte (the owner) a message.

If Brigitte (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
