Boasting uninterrupted views over the famous Umhlanga golden beach, Ocean’s View is a beautifully renovated, modern apartment that epitomises luxurious seaside living. Nestled in the exclusive Peals building, central Umhlanga this stylish, two bedroomed apartment offers a contemporary-chic ocean-side getaway. Exuding a relaxed, holiday-living feel, the elegantly sophisticated apartment.

The decor is a perfect combination between fresh white and earthy tones with homely touches of blonde wood, rich fabrics and easy-on-the eye travertine.

Swing open the front door and step right into an open plan lounge with a flat screen television. This leads out on to a sweeping balcony, with glass doors which allow light from the outdoors to spill in. The sliding doors invite the most spectacular views of the Umhlanga golden coastline and an extraordinary palm-lined large salt-water pool and baby pool available to you. Unique to this apartment is that it offers you your own private barbecue and barbecue area. It’s a perfect space for relaxing while sipping on cocktails and enjoying Umhlanga’s Golden beach.

The sophisticated gourmet kitchen offers state-of-the-art appliances for easy holiday living, including a dishwasher, microwave and double fridge/freezer, while a separate scullery houses a washing machine and tumble-dryer for hassle-free convenience. The kitchen enjoys a granite work station, hob, fridge and microwave convection oven for optimum convenience. The Granite kitchen counter seats four crimson red bar stools which can be made into a breakfast counter. This holiday apartment can be cooled by the ducted air conditioning throughout every room for those blistering hot summers.

The master bedroom is a stylish and sophisticated haven of tranquillity, It commands breath-taking ocean views with a king-sized bed, spacious en-suite bathroom with a glass shower, bath, bidet and a his & hers basin and a private balcony is the perfect place to unwind and soak up the views.

The second bedroom is marginally smaller, shrouded in sheer white hues and boasting a double-sized bed and en-suite bathroom. It is in the enviable position of having unparalleled sea views

Ocean’s View provides a dedicated secure parking bay and 24 hour state-of-the-art security surveillance and access control. There is direct beach access and the apartment is serviced on request.

The apartment is an easy stroll to the famous beaches of Umhlanga. A short walk away is the village, with its array of restaurants and night life.

Soak up the sun and enjoy the sound of the waves crashing and the palm trees whistling in this luxurious seaside apartment.

Please note the property offers wireless internet throughout - the first 1 GB is free, thereafter guests can get top up vouchers from the property manager.

We provide housekeeping from Monday to Saturday excluding public holidays and Sundays. We offer laundry for our guest’s clothes – prices to be discussed with property manager.

Housekeeper is not responsible for guest's clothing.

No washing to appear on the balcony or rails, or washing to be kept inside on the drying rack provided.

No parties permitted.

No pets allowed.

The number of occupants shall at no time during the occupation dates of this booking agreement exceed the amount of persons unless prior arrangement has been made with the property manager. If exceeded the number of persons you will be charged R1500 / each person penalty.

The agents, owners or hosts accept no liability whatsoever in respect of any theft, loss, damage or injury to the occupiers whether due to any negligence on the part of the owners, their agents, their staff or otherwise

This is a non-smoking unit however guests are permitted to smoke on the balcony. A fine of R500 will be charged immediately if caught smoking in the unit, and a fine of R500 if caught throwing cigarette butts over the balcony - Ashtrays are provided in the unit.

If access cards or keys are lost you will be charged R400/ card.

The breakage deposit will be refunded within 7 days of your departure. The Agents will check the inventory after departure. The value of broken, damaged or missing articles shall be deducted from the deposit.

THE SECURITY AT THE MAIN GATE DO NOT KEEP THE KEYS FOR THE APARTMENTS & THERE IS NO RECEPTION AVAILABLE THEREFORE ALL ARRIVALS NEED TO CALL IN ADVANCE TO CONFIRM THEIR TIME OF ARRIVE REGARDLESS OF THE CHECK IN TIME.

Check in times: 14h00 and 17h00 or by special prior arrangements. Check out times: 08:00 and 10:00, check out time is strictly 10h00 unless prior arrangements with the property manager. Keys must be return to Santo on your departure.

Please note that construction is taking place right next to the property. During this period, guests may experience some noise or light disturbances.

Please note once payment has been made you have agreed and accepted these apartment rules and regulations.

How do damage deposits work?
