Los Granados is a modern prestige apartment.The apartment is clean and spacious, and located on the beachside. There is a very large living / dining room with satellite TV, table & chairs and a fully equipped kitchen with cooker, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.

Within the community are well tended, mature tropical gardens incorporating lagoon style swimming pool, a children’s paddling section and ample areas for sunbathing. All of the facilities of Puerto de la Duquesa - blue flag beaches, a marina, many restaurants, cafés, bars, shops and a bank - are within eight minutes walk. A little way along the coast - but still within walking distance - is the traditional Spanish village of San Luis de Sabinillas with a good selection of supermarkets, shops and restaurants of all descriptions.

The apartment is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, sea views. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

There are a number of wonderful beaches near the apartments. To the left of the port, the beach goes all the way to Sabinillas Village and on the right, to the old village of Castillo de Manilva. The Sabinillas beach side has a number of watersports facilities and pedalos with a children's play area next to the beach bar. to the right, the beach wends its way to Old Castillo and many kilometres beyond.

Duquesa Golf and Country Club boasts an 18 hole golf course with wonderful sea and mountain views. And just along the coast lies the beautiful, charming old town of Estepona - only 10 minutes away. Skiing, winter and spring, is also available in Granada - only two hours away.

Vibrant city life beckons twenty minutes away, in the ever fashionable, jet-setting Marbella, with its vast array of merchandise outlets, catering for even the most discernible of shoppers!
