Newly built [2007] luxury 2 bedroom apartment, built to Andalucian style with excellent sea and mountain views. It has 2 bedrooms, with large twin balcony with barbecue overlooking golf course. 2 bathrooms, one en-suite with Jacuzzi. A fully fitted kitchen with granite worktops, dishwasher and washing machine, living/dining room seating 6, all furnished with high quality furniture, including leather suite with double bed settee. The apartment is located in the Duquesa Village complex, with beautifully landscaped garden areas, access roads, security gate and well maintained residential complex. Ideal for a family of 4 but will take up to 6. [also travel cot available for baby if required]

The apartment is on the first floor and is accessed by a staircase and is also served by a lift, direct from the underground car-park. Several swimming pools and paddle pools, and a padel tennis court are available within the complex.

The Costa del Sol region

The Costa del Sol is in the far South of Spain and is one of Spain's most popular tourist destinations. This region enjoys lots of sunshine most of the year with high average temperatures all year round. You can therefore enjoy the beaches and a wide variety of outdoor activities all year round. Duquesa is located in the the Western Costa del Sol which is the 100km of coastline which starts at Malaga city and stretches westward all the way to the border of Cadiz Province. [Near Gibraltar]

Golfers and families alike will find Andalucia to be an ideal location catering to their interests. The warm, sunny climate means that no matter what the time of year, you're sure to have a great trip. Duquesa

There is plenty to do and see around Puerta De La Duquesa and it is also approx 1 hrs drive to Gibraltar, 2hrs drive to Granada and approx 2.5 hrs to Seville.

LA DUQUESA
Puerta De La Duquesa has a very picturesque Marina as it's main feature and is situated on the coast midway between Marbella and Gibraltar. Set in a beautiful location on the Costa del Sol, this marina is really one of the best in Europe.The Duquesa port has a wide choice of amenities including a supermarket, bank, British butcher shop and a wide choice of affordable, top class restaurants which include Chinese, Thai, Italian, British, Indian and Spanish cuisine. There's also a great variety of shops as well as many bars.

CASARES
Casares is a lovely picturesque village not too far from Duquesa.

BENALMADENA
Benalmadena has great beaches and marina, here you will also find the Costa Del Sols biggest amusement park - Tivoli World and the Sea Life Aquarium.

ESTEPONA
Estepona has great restaurants, folklore and local celebrations and the home to the Selwo Wildlife Park. There is also a great "Carrefour" store there which is well worth a visit.

GIBRALTAR
Gibraltar is a VAT free jurisdiction, and you can spend your pounds there. It is also a shoppers haven and even has a Marks & Sparks. Other attractions are the Rock, Dolphin Safari Boat Trips & St Michaels Cave.

MANILVA
Manilva is another small town just inland from the coastal town of Sabinillas . It's architecture is magnificent and brings in tourists from other parts of Andalucia. In common with many of the small villages in the hills of Andalucia, there is much history associated with them, as well as great charm and beauty.

MARBELLA
Marbella is a busy bustling city and has it's own charms and a character of its own . Although once a quiet fishing village and now a sophisticated resort city, you will find here a casino, clubs, great nightlife, & just about every sporting activity you can think of.

MIJAS
Mijas is a Beautiful white-washed village and also houses the Oasis Water Park.

PUERTO BANUS
Puerto Banus is famed as the destination for the rich and famous and boasts a beautiful Marina, nice beaches, bars and restaurants, and is especially vibrant at night.
Shopping is also great here and sports many designer labels as well as the famous El Cortes Ingles department store
