Great sea views apartment with 2 bed rooms plus ikea sofa bed so suitable for 5 to 6 persons, kitchen with oven, dishwasher, and microwave large fridge freezer and terrace perfect to have a drink overlooking 2 of the 4 pools with sea views!

The apartment in on the second floor of Portal 3 overlooking the rear and main front pool with direct sea views the pictures are from the balcony. You can check the orientation yourselves using google maps etc.

New terrace table and chairs to sit and/or eat at. Now new green cushions

New 2016 Air con all rooms! TV + DVD some UK channels depending on the Spanish government at the time! You can stream UK TV via wifi. ALSO UK TV AVAILABLE VIA WIFI AND A ROKU STREAMING STICK IN THE TV. NOTE THE REMOTE MAY NEED NEW BATTERIES AT THE TIME OF YOUR VISIT 2xAA I think

There is wifi free around the pools and it works generally in the apt, but I now have my own WiFi just pay as you go, it is 12e for up to 15 days and can be paid Paypal. You can also pay the centre manager if no paypal etc. Money does not go to me!

Through the wifi you can also watch UK TV on a device I also have a ROKU streaming stick on a new 4k UHDTV TV. UK tv best form phone hotspot wifi

The apartment has been redecorated in 2017 and is now all white see the new pictures. New furniture was installed in the summer.

Secure underground parking by stores 89/90 with remote control.

Free to use 2 paddle tennis courts , gym, lending book library.

Free loungers. Beachside direct access promenade between town of Sabinillas and Puerto de la Duquesa with new beach front bars and restaurants. Also, numerous restaurants and bars overlooking the marina, less than 5 mins walk away. Local market in peak season along the harbour side. 24 hours manned security. Excellent facilities for both families with children of all ages and couples looking for a relaxing holiday.

Local shops inc English butcher and pharmacist as well as cash points and supermarket.

For golfers there are many courses (Valderrama - Alcaidesa - Sotogrande - San Roque - Almerara ......) Always book from Bob Gaston in the port you will get the best rates! For wind surfers or kite surfers, Tarifa is a 40 minutes ride plus horse riding water parks and more all not far away.

We suggest you look at flights through sky scanner and also look at flights to or from Gibraltar as its only 20 minutes away.

In terms of car hire we always use brunos in the port. There are others we use and transfer companies too we can point you to.

PLEASE NOTE I HAVE TAKEN QUITE A FEW LETTINGS JUST FOR SHORT WEEKENDS, BUT THE RATES QUOTED ON THE SITE ARE BASED ON A FULL WEEKS STAY. SHORTER BREAKS WILL COST MORE PER NIGHT AS MY SERVICE CLEAN IS A FIXED COST (APPROX 50 E PER CHANGE) AND SERVICES LIKE WATER AND ELEC/AIR CON ARE HIGH SO I REGRET ALL SHORT BOOKINGS WILL NOW BE SUBJECT TO A MIN PRICE OF £155 (WHICH IS STILL LOW FOR UP TO 6 PEOPLE) AND IF THE STAY GOES OVER A WEEKEND INTO ANOTHER WEEK THERE WILL BE A MIN CHARGE OF £255 AS I WILL LOSE POTENTIALLY UP TO TWO WEEK BOOKINGS SORRY AND THANK YOU

I would like the apartment to be no smoking but clearly I am not there so if guests who must smoke would please not smoke in the apartment but on the balcony we would appreciate this. I am not aware of any guests to date that have smoked and the cleaners never leave any trace if there have been smokers.

Please note the rental includes linen and towels and we have or had 2 hairdryers in the apartment too. There is also a child's travel cot in the apartment free to use.

Some guests ask after they have paid the deposit when do they get the details about keys which is a fair concern, well my feedback gives you assurance there is nothing to worry about, but you do not get those details until you have paid in full then we get each other's full contact details and all the apartment and key information is then provided with full local support also available.

I ask guests to leave by 10.30 if I have a same day swap over so it can be fully serviced for the next customer who I ask to collect keys after 3pm if on a same day swap over, if it is not a same day change I can be much more flexible please just check the diary which I keep up to date for change over days.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Steve (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
