Marina del Castillo is the most recently completed front-line beach development in Duquesa. This luxury apartment complex has 24hr security, secured underground parking, and communal pool with sauna. The apartment is fitted with a safe, a hydro bath, hot and cold air conditioning, and Siemens kitchen appliances (including washer/dryer, built-in microwave and dishwasher). The apartment has WiFi, flat screen TV with an IPTV box for UK television via the internet and leather sofas.

This Marina del Castillo 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment has a covered terrace with dining table and chairs that look out to sea and across Roman ruins and El Castillo (lit up at night) at La Duquesa. A variety of restaurants, cafes and bars are within a flat 5 minute promenade walk at both the pretty port at La Duquesa and the old town 'El Castillo'. There is a golf course 5 minutes walk away which does short term membership packages.

“1st class accommodation”

These apartments are very high spec and in an unbeatable location. Apartment is fully equipped and was cleaned during our 10 night stay. Communication with the owner was excellent (thanks Ian) and everything ran smoothly despite covid. Hope to return there next year.

Apartment is in a great location, very short walk to the beach, supermarket and all local bars and restaurants. It is also in a very secure and we'll maintained complex with a large clean pool with plenty of sunbeds and never overcrowded. The apartment itself is very nice with everything you could need for a self catering stay with possibly the best air conditioning we've ever had. Dealing with the owners was very easy

Brilliant stay in beautiful apartment. Apartment had everything you could ask for and was in a perfect location - right on the beach and close to Marina/shops etc. Owner was very helpful and responsive. This is the first time staying in this area of Spain and definitely hope to return.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Ian (the owner) a message.

If Ian (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
