From the owner

Pergola apartment is very comfortable and bright perfect for up to 5 guests. It is located on Via della Pergola, just a few steps from the "La Pergola" theater and less than 5 minutes from the Duomo.

Recently renovated, the apartment is furnished according to Florentine taste with coffered ceilings in a very quiet historical building. The apartment is on the second floor (no elevator) and is about 860 square feet (80 squared meters).

As you enter into the apartment, you have an entry hall and spacious sitting room, a dining room with small terrace, a double bedroom (where an extra bed can be added) and another room with two single beds.


The apartment is in the heart of Florence, a few minutes from the Duomo. All of the main monuments and museums, including the Uffizi Gallery, the Accademia Gallery, Piazza Signoria, Palazzo Vecchio, Ponte Vecchio and Santa Croce are walking distance just minutes away.

You can reach the main train and bus station of Santa Maria Novella from the apartment in about 15 minutes walking time.

The city tax is not included in the rate. An extra € 3.00 per person per night not applicable to children under 12 years old and up to a maximum 7 days consecutive stay will be applied. This tax must be paid by the guests at the arrival in cash.

How do damage deposits work?

If Irene (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
