Stylish contemporary interiors in a completely renovated apartment in the very heart of Florencewith newest gadgets like HANDY SMARTPHONE free for our guest. It is Located in a charming road crossing with the main Via dei Calzaiuoli, the street famous for its many commercial and fashionable stores connecting Piazza della Signoria and Duomo.The Uffizi Museum and Piazza della Signoria are 50 meters from us and within 100 meters You will be in Piazza del Duomo. Literally In five minutes walk You will reach The Ponte Vecchio. We are proud to offer our guests a very comfortable and cozy apartment composed by one main bedroom with Kingsize bed and finest satin cotton sheets and pillows bags. This room is like a mini suite within the main apartment as it has it own separate bathroom and changing room.Another smaller bedroom with a bed which turns into two separate real single beds and another main bathroom with large shower. In case of families we can host kids not younger than 6 years old. The home is perfumed by the stylish fragrances by EAU d'ITALIEOur bathrooms are all furnished with Devon&Devon accessories which make them very functional and beautiful at the same time.We offer a courtesy kit of the tuscan line Prima Spremitura.After a day of work or pleasure in Florence You can relax in our spacious living room where You can eat comfortably if you feel to cook, and sip a delicious bottle of Tuscan wine. It is located on the mezzanine second and half floor without lift of an historical florentine building, but with rather comfortable steps. Guests arriving at our apartment will be greeted by us and we will carry the luggage up the steps for you. The number of steps are 52.All windows bring lots of light during the day in each room and look on Via della Condotta and from all of them we can see Via Calzaiuoli just 20 meters on the right.Just few notes on our rates. **Make sure to calculate 50 euro more for the cleaning on top of the rates you find listed in prices area**Our prices are successfully competing with comparable hotel suites. Also keep in mind that in Florence other apartments do not always have a proper air conditioning system in each room or they have very old windows and therefore quite noisy at night. How do damage deposits work?
