Nestled in amongst a tranquil bush setting a short 10 minute walk from Dunsborough town centre, Cape Villas is a brand new short stay holiday complex with fully furnished self-contained, modern villas each on their own separate lot ensuring privacy & space for your holiday.

17 Near the Sea is perfectly located. Not just near the sea as the name suggests, but so much more! You'll be well positioned to get to the most of your down-south stay:

- 700m walk to Clancy's Fish Pub on Caves Road

- 1.5km to Dunsborough town centre

- 2.5km to Dunsborough Lakes Resort Golf Course

- 6.5km to Yallingup beach & Ngilgi Cave

- 9km to the Yallingup artisan & gallery trail

- 14km to the end of Cape Naturaliste encompassing the beautiful beaches of Meelup (7km), Eagle Bay (9km) & Bunker Bay (13km)

- 25km to Busselton town centre

- 50km to Margaret River town centre (concentration of wineries within 25kms at Wilyabrup)

Base price listed is for 2 adults. Additional adults will be quoted at $30/night each & children at $20/night each. No additional fees applicable for cleaning or linen provided.

Minimum stay is 2 nights excluding long weekends, which are minimum 3 nights (including Easter & Christmas).

We do not accept bookings from school leavers.

As this is a new development there maybe building works happening.

Why can't I call DownSouth (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send DownSouth (the owner) a message.

If DownSouth (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
