Description

Luxury show home in a quiet village location, excellent facilities.

Idyllic rural retreat situated on the banks of a small lochan. Loch Manor used to be a fishery so the loch is full of brown trout which attracts wild life such as herons to feed. Perth is 9 miles away and the village of Auchterarder is 4 miles away. There are 2 pubs within walking distance who serve excellent food and real ales. Dunning golf course is 5 minutes away. Perfect central location to explore the Perth and Kinross area.

Outdoor living space right on the water, spacious and light interior with full glass frontage to maximise the view.

A thoroughly enjoyable and peaceful stay with our 17 & 20 year old girls who also enjoyed thoroughly. Property is extremely well maintained with plenty of space. Immediate area and village were very pleasant and also provide a great base to visit surrounding areas during your stay.

Myself and my husband and our wee dog Ollie have just returned from a 3 night stay here.I really loved it very peaceful and set on a small loch perfect. The lodge had everything you could possibly ask for and having the large veranda was an extra bonus.Lodge was very spacious and fresh and clean. Also a nice touch was the welcome pack homemade jam, sweets, shortbread etc. We would definitely recommend.

“Excellent accommodation, clean, bright and with good local facilities.”

Reviewed 1 Jun 2017

The Lodge itself was bright, clean and inviting, as it was when we stayed there last year. It's location gives easy access to Stirling, Perth and Edinburgh in addition to more local towns and villages with Gleneagles and it's golfing facilities only a few miles away. We will definitely be going again!

Owner's reply: Thank you so much for your kind comments. We loook forward to welcoming you back next year!

“Beautiful 2 bedroom lodge in stunning location.”

Reviewed 9 Aug 2016

This 2 bedroom lodge is gorgeous. Beautifully decorated throughout and with little surprises like a cosy study room and extra utility, useful for drying wet outer clothes! Kitchen has ample utensils and a full sized dishwasher and fridge freezer. Living and dining room is comfortably furnished and stunning views over loch. Lovely patio area overlooking loch which is a lovely peaceful retreat! Lindsay the owner could not have been more helpful and went above and beyond to accommodate us and keep us updated every step of the way!

“An Absolute Delight... Ssshhh ... Keep it Secret!!”

A beautifully presented cosy comfortable home from home!! Restful and peaceful looking out on the lochan. Well equipped and welcoming. Fishing for brown trout an added bonus. Enjoy the sunshine on the enclosed patio as the fish rise!! We loved our stay. We'd love to go back .....so.... don't tell anyone!!

“Fantastic lodge and great location”

Reviewed 6 Mar 2016

Had a brilliant stay here, close to two pubs and a village shop, lakeside location was wonderful. Fantastic large windows on the lodge look directly onto the lake, and a very high standard of furnishings and fittings inside the lodge. A wonderful place to relax and get away from it all.
