Welcome to our delightful well appointed two bedroomed home in the heart of the city of Dunfermline. Situated within the much sought after Garvock Hill area, it benefits from peaceful surroundings yet it's within a mile of the city centre and all amenities of this historic city.

A short walk to one of two nearby rail stations will get you to the heart of Edinburgh in little over 20 minutes. The M90 motorway is minutes away, providing road links to all that Scotland has to offer, be it visiting the home of golf (at St Andrews in the very picturesque East Neuk of Fife), mountain scenery - Perth the gateway to the Highlands is a mere 30 motorway miles to the north, Castles - Edinburgh and Stirling are both within 30 minutes , or alternatively the many other attractions, they are all within reach. The cities of Glasgow, Stirling, Dundee and Perth are also all within an hours travelling time on the adjacent motorway link.

Dunfermline itself has much to offer, richly steeped in history, with the impressive Dunfermline Abbey the centre piece of the city. The nearby Abbot House Heritage Centre provides insight into the role of this ancient capital city of Scotland.

The birthplace of Andrew Carnegie is marked by a museum detailing his life and philanthropic deeds, not least the nearby Carnegie Hall theatre. The central and picturesque Pittencrieff park and gardens offers a tranquil haven in the centre of it all. The Alhambra Theatre is a renowned venue for a wide variety of acts and stage shows appearing on a weekly basis. Shopping and leisure areas at the Kingsgate Shopping Centre and Halbeath Leisure park will allow you to spend time and money in a pleasant environment. Halbeath is a 5minute drive away where a multi screen cinema complex will keep you entertained. Indian, Chinese, Mexican and American themed restaurants cater for most tastes.
