High Tide

High Tide is our beautiful waterfront first floor apartment overlooking the magnificent Dundrum Bay and the majestic Mourne Mountains. When the tide is fully in you truly feel the ocean at your feet! Come and see for yourself!

Dundrum is a delightful village approximately 45 mins from Belfast by car or bus. It has small shops, truly excellent restaurants, costal walks and a 12th Century Norman Castle all within walking distance.

High Tide is the perfect place to launch yourself into many activities with the Royal County Down Golf Course, The Mourne Mountains and Watersports available on the doorstep or if you simply wish to be at peace and enjoy the awe of the ever changing tidal bay, wildlife and mountain backdrop!

High Tide is a beautiful 2 bedroom apartment, with everything that you could need for a wonderful time here in High Tide.

So here’s a brief run down of High Tide. It comprises:

-Entrance & Main Hall

There are plentiful hanging racks for coats inside the door and a large shoe bin with indoor slippers supplied and space for your footwear

A small utility room off the main hall contains a washer/drier, iron and clothes horse.

Storage Cupboard off the main hall has cleaning equipment, ironing board, recycling bins, shopping bags, children’s equipment and a box of kids books and toys

-Main Bathroom

With WC, bath and over the bath shower, plenty of storage including hanging pole and hangers over the bath for outdoor gear and wetsuits

-2 Bedrooms

Master King bedroom with ensuite shower and built in large wardrobe

Second bedroom with a double/double bunk beds suitable for adults too and a large built in wardrobe.

-Open plan kitchen, dining and lounge living area leading to balcony

Kitchen- fully equipped with cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, dish washer and filtered water tap

Dining Area with glass table and chairs for 6

Lounge and living area with comfy seating, TV/DVD, reading materials and games

Balcony with small bistro style table and 2 chairs. The cushions and 3 further stools are just in side the door.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Kit (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
