Located in a superb position, surrounded by glorious countryside and far-reaching views.

There is much to see and do in the area, Tarr Steps is a pleasant 3 mile walk and there is also horse riding and fishing nearby. Dulverton is well worth a visit and has many good places to eat. The coast of North Devon is only a short drive away with the seaside towns of Lynton, Lynmouth, Porlock and others. There are excellent coastal walks especially through the Valley of the Rocks and from Heddons Mouth to Woody Bay.

Amenities: private parking space immediately outside the cottage. Bed linen, towels, electric and night storage heating included. The properties are supplied with water from a spring. Regret no smoking. 2 dogs welcome. Location: beach 20 miles, shop and pub 3 miles. Arrival: 3pm.

Lounge/kitchen/diner: open-plan with high ceilings and exposed beams, sofa bed, woodburner effect electric fire, TV/DVD and patio doors leading to outside. Kitchen area equipped with an electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge with small freezer compartment and washing machine. Outside: enclosed shared garden located across from the parking area. This property also has access to its own garden area which is also across the parking area along with a small open patio area with garden table and chairs which is directly outside of the property. Additional info: guests must bring their own bedding for the sofa bed.
