Broomhead Steadings have been completely renovated to provide quality self catering holiday accommodation. Dating back to the 1800's this traditional steading is located at the heart of the Whisky Trail just outside the village of Dufftown. Perfect for families and couples who love the outdoors, the cottage has miles of woodland walks and historic Castles on its doorstep. The cottage has easy access to all amenities and shopping facilities in nearby Dufftown which is famous for being known as the heart of the Whiskey Trail and is just a short drive to the stunning beaches of the Moray Coast. Dufftown offer all your local amenities including shops, post office, restaurants and bars and most important, the Whisky Distillers.Centrally placed, you can be exploring the Cairngorm National Park, countless whisky distilleries, Aberdeen, Inverness & Loch Ness, Castles and numerous golf courses effortlessly. The cottage has been totally refurbished to a high standard and offers 2 bedrooms sleeping 2 adults. The open plan living area has Full Sky TV package, free internet access and electric heating. The bedrooms both have a wardrobe and drawers and the double beds. Internet is available and free of charge and includes unlimited downloads. The kitchen/diner patio doors opening out onto the enclosed private garden. The patio area with seating provides outstanding views of Dufftown and the hills beyond. The Cottage also has private parking for several vehicles.

The first £20 of electric is free, anything used after this will be paid by yourself using the electric meter provided with the key. Electric can be purchased locally in Dufftown.
